A speciality from the north of Taiwan. The amber-coloured cup has a very special honey-like sweet note, which is complemented by a slightly malty, caramel-like body. The plant gets its special sweetish nature from the bite of a special dwarf cicada.The leaves begin to wilt on the shrub after the bite and are then processed. The harvest time is from the beginning to the middle of July due to the cicadas. Insecticides are absolutely out of the question!
