I received exactly what I ordered and in a timely manner! I'm so thankful that the order was well packed! I watched the courier toss the box up onto my porch. When I saw the dented box, I was livid and afraid the teapot would be in pieces. Everything was in tact and I was able to gift my sister the teapot that she wanted for Christmas.
