Studies show reishi mushroom may regulate the immune system as well as improve its natural ability to fight invaders such as certain forms of cancer. It's used to fight stress, anxiety and depression as well.

1 Tablespoon of mushrooms per cup of water. Bring water to boil on the stove, once boiling, reduce heat, add mushrooms, simmer for 10 mins. Strain and either drink now or refrigerate. It will be bitter!
