I often make a masala chai from scratch in the winter, leaving it on the stove in a large pot and friends and family just refill their cups from it. The smell is amazing and it is a winter favorite. I bought some Tonganagaon Assam indian tea from Blue Mountain a few months ago, and made a chai with it from scratch. Then I noticed this chai mixture and thought I would give it a shot. Excellent, saves a bunch of time gathering up rarely used spices and the results are delicious and very repeatable. I highly recommend it!
I've been drinking Himalayan Dream Chai from Blue Mountain Tea for the last 3 years, since I first discovered it. I drink this nearly every afternoon, add honey and frothed milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a great Chai Tea Latte. I drive 30 mins to Collingwood to pick it up 😊.
