Grown on aged Duanwood logs, in the Nine Dragon Mountains where Reishi is natively found. This traditional growing method produces the widest variety of active compounds.
Recommended Dose
1/4 tsp (1g) 2-4 times daily.
Add to hot water and enjoy as a broth, or add to other beverages like coffee, tea, hot chocolate , latte etc. May also be added to food, or smoothies.
