When I feel something coming on - sore throat, aches or even a headache, I have one cup of the Blue Mountain Immuni-Tea. Always fights what ailing me, everytime! I started using this tea at the beginning of Covid and I'm still healthy!!
All around an amazing tea! I drink it if I feel a little under the weather, or if I feel like an illness is coming on, I drink it when I’m just tired or In need of a warm beverage. It’s got a great taste, with a bit of a spice finish, I often mix it with communi-tea, and some honey. My kids will tell you this is a huge step up in flavour than the bag echinacea tea I buy from the store. I haven’t been sick in the slightest since I started buying and drinking this tea a few years ago!
Would give it 10 stars if that were an option.
Best tea ever for if feeling like a cold is coming on. A lot of people have colds around me. I have been having some every evening and so far so good!
